Apple iPhone 14 series memory and RAM release has been spotted ahead of its release

There has been speculation asserting that the smartphone will receive a small increase in storage space, with the Pro edition reportedly starting with 256GB rather than 128GB.

More information has surfaced, according to TrendForce, suggesting the iPhone 14 Pro would have a starting storage capacity of 256GB. Additional storage options will be available, including 512GB of internal storage and a 1TB storage option.

Speaking of pricing, this new iPhone 14 series will have a higher price tag than the iPhone versions it replaces.

Along with the internal storage, it has also been said that the RAM will be upgraded, with the new iPhone allegedly sporting 6GB of RAM as opposed to the 4GB we saw in the models from the previous year.

The current A16 Bionic Soc, which will be produced by Taiwan’s TSMC and is based on the 5NM process manufacturing, will allegedly be used in this new iPhone, according to an upgrade in overall specifications this time.

The normal iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Max, on the other hand, will continue to use the A15 Bionic chipset, the previous SoC. As information becomes available, we will continue to provide updates.
