Apple Watch will be available in three sizes this year

A plethora of rumors from the previous year suggest that Apple will soon introduce new Apple Watch models in three different sizes.

The successor to last year’s Apple Watch Series 7 devices, the Apple Watch Series 8, is anticipated to be introduced next month. According to rumours, the Apple Watch Series 8 will be offered in the same 41mm and 45mm shell sizes as the Series 7, keeping with Apple’s tradition of providing two sizes for the Apple Watch lineup.

The business is anticipated to introduce a new, larger Apple Watch case size this year, which might displace the Apple Watch Edition. The device is expected to have a five to seven percent larger display with additional fitness metrics shown on it. Additionally, a new design with a ruggedized titanium alloy case and perhaps a flat display is anticipated, giving it a completely different appearance and a larger physical size compared to current Apple Watch versions.

It may have a larger battery because of its wider housing, allowing for longer workout sessions. Although a bigger battery is not anticipated for the other two Apple Watch Series 8 models, a Low Power Mode might be available.

The two standard Series 8 models are anticipated to include an improved chip, software updates, and additional health monitoring features owing to a body temperature sensor, even though they are believed to look similar to the Apple Watch Series 7 in terms of style.

Overall, this indicates that the Apple Watch for this year will probably come in three different casing sizes, signifying a further extension of the range following the release of the Apple Watch SE model in 2020, a model that is also anticipated to get an update with the Series 8 this year.
