Reports suggest that the upcoming Apple iPhone SE will be the same as its predecessors. There is rumor that the 3rd generation iPhone SE will be similar to the iPhone XR model. With the SE range, the Cupertino-based tech giant aims to cater to developing countries and aspirational buyers all over the world.
A similar design pattern will be seen on the Apple iPhone SE, such as the notch display, single lens, bezel-less edges. FaceID instead of circular TouchID may also be a major change on the new iPhone SE.
With 4.7 inches and a resolution of 1334×750 pixels at 326 ppi, the iPhone SE 2020 features a true tone display. Powered by the A13 Bionic chip, the iPhone SE has a 12MP camera at the back and a 7MP camera at the front. Three colors were available with the iPhone SE 64GB and 128GB.
Indian buyers have also been attracted to the iPhone SE. Its features and security make it a perfect fit for the premium segment. Apple XR, with its dual rear and front cameras, was also released to cater to the new iOS buyers.
As with the advanced models of iPhones, it will be interesting to see if Apple decides to eliminate the power adaptor from the box. Apple pulled out the power adapter and earphone out of the box last year to reduce its carbon footprint, and did the same this year with the launch of the iPhone 13 series (iPhone 13 mini, iPhone 13, iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max).
