What did you need to remove the SIM card from your iPhone?
Apple SIM card remover tools are usually included in the box of unlocked iOS devices in some countries or a paper clip can be used to remove the SIM card from an unlocked iPhone or iPad.

1. Put the small paperclip that you bent earlier into the small pinhole opening of the SIM tray and gently push it into place.
2. If you want to remove the SIM tray from the iPhone or iPad, you will have to apply a small amount of pressure. Don’t apply pressure at an angle; only press in the direction of the pinhole and at the right angle.
