To set up a soundboard for Discord, first of all, you have to choose a virtual audio device like VB-CABLE, download it, and install it on your PC.

Step 2. Configure your Discord microphone as CABLE

In Discord, go to User Settings > App Settings > Voice & Video and select CABLE Output.

Then, everyone in Voice Chat will be able to hear every sound you play on your machine. The problem is that nobody can hear your mic since you changed your input device. Let’s move on!

Step 3. Use your virtual audio device to route your microphone

Go to System > Sound in Windows. Choose the Microphone input device under Input. Under Device properties, click the button.

Click Additional device properties under Device properties. Go to the Listen tab in the pop-up window. Select CABLE Input under Playback through this device under Listen to this device.
