Several nations, including the United States, Canada, Australia, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the United Kingdom, and others, now have issues with Apple’s online shop. Although there is some downtime, the store is still open in some other nations.

As is customary during outages, the store website informs users that “We’re making improvements to the Apple Store.” Customers are urged by Apple to “check back shortly.”

It’s unclear whether the outage is due to maintenance that was planned, the introduction of a new product, the distribution of a new promotional offer, modifications being made to the look or functioning of Apple’s online shop, or some other factor.

On June’s last day, Apple’s website experienced a temporary outage. When it was restored, a new promotion was running in the United States that provided a $50 Apple gift card with the purchase of any new Apple TV through July 14. It’s probable that another promotion is about to start in some countries given that the store is down once more on the last day of July, but there are numerous other reasons for the outage, so we’ll just have to wait and see.
